I am employed in the forest industry, and currently am a provisional member of the OPFA. I work in a primarily field based position, and impacts of an inadequate implementation of these policies could have a big impact on my work. I would like to give my support for the extension to the Section SS ESA regulation, preferably for 5 years. I also support the creation of a multi-stakeholder panel for review of the ESA. It is important that this extension is granted as soon as possible, prior to the July 2018 expiry date of the current agreement.
