Hello, There should be strong consideration for a temporary one year extension of the existing water permit rather than a ten year term until the silt issues in the some of the surrounding private water wells are understood and explained by sound geological and engineering reasoning. None of this MOECC hand waving noted in CRH's application. Thank you. Joseph
