The proposed change is not acceptable. There will be an increased amount of air pollution in our environment which will be detrimental to the health of all citizens of L'Orignal, Hawkesbury, Vankleek Hill, Grenville and Chute à Blondeau. The citizens of L'Orignal are already suffering from the noise, dust and smell from IVACO for serveral years. If this proposed change is accepted, we will have additional toxins from the smoke stack of Colacem. This area does not need more pollution, it needs LESS pollution.
