As a resident of L'Orignal, Ontario, living in a rural/residential area, I feel betrayed that the people representing me in our government would consider allowing rezoning in this area to allow heavy industry to be established in the form of a cement plant. The negative impacts of such a plant are well documented (pollution, traffic, health risks, etc.). Do not allow this to happen!
