I'm the last lot to be built in an area that has existing since the 1960's. To be permit to build on my property I must bring a private shared laneway up to date with the Conservation Authority safe access standards.
Such a requirement is to the extremes and costly and I may chose not to proceed.
If I don't the Conservation Authority has no plans on improves to help safe guard the people and families that live there presently.
