My family and myself hunt bears, we have baited bears in doing so. The reduction of distance from a trail or ROW could be subject to unmarked trails and unofficial un-maintained roads. The restriction of keeping bait sites 200 m from Maintained roads and marked public trails, seems reasonable, as long as baits are allowed to be place close to un-maintained roads and unmarked trails. With the proposed reduction to allow for baits to be place within 20 m of marked trails. Then a person could bait beside trails like the Bruce Trail and The Ganaraska Trail. This seems too close to such popular trails
