I am against schedule 3 of bill 108. I know that these pay to develope with regards to species at risk will become "pay to slay legistation". This takes us backwards after what has been accomplished in the last 12 years. This schedule is going to result in developers removing habitat and destroying species at risk by simply paying into a fund. Please do not approve this legislation it is a green light to poorly planned developement . In the short term it will enable devolpers to line there pockets while the legacy of quality habitats and spaces for our children is thrown away.
