Allow local governments to make decisions about issues regarding their communities. This bill threatens the ecosystems of the regions proposed in it. There is a strong commitment to biodiversity and conservation in the regions which this bill is wanting to make changes to, and to override the communities interests and the environment we should be protecting is contemptible.
