On behalf of Municipality of Port Hope (MPH) and at the direction of Council, I am submitting preliminary comments to the Proposed Bill 108 (More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019) and the Proposed Housing Supply Action Plan, which is currently at first reading in the legislative process.
The comments apply to all Bill 108 not each schedule. Please review overall comments on Bill 108 approach sections of the letter relevant to each schedule.
