1. Is there any type of exemption for organic soils or topsoil, including, characterization frequency requirements.
2. Can "liquid soils" be drained actively or through amendments provided that they are eventually transported to an MECP approved facility as "waste?"
3. How long will the transitional period be, where ongoing projects will be exempted from the regulatory requirements?
4. When is the new regulation and the amendments to O.Reg.153/04 expected to be adopted as new regulation?
