Comment
"I object to moving bear baiting sites farther away, the wilderness of Ontario is used by many people, not just hunters and I do not appreciate the garbage/junk left by bear baiters. The bears are not likely dangerous. Hiking and recreating near where bear hunting activity happens possibly is dangerous. Ontario better not allow this change to take place." These bear hunters should revisit the spirit of hunting. The bait pails and other garbage should not be left in the bush. This activity should be moved much farther away, at least 500 metres away, not closer to trails and roadways. Stop catering to the selfish, lazy few ." Ì object to bear baiting and fell this should not play a roll in hunting. Ì object to the spring bear hunt and that the gov allows females to be shot leaving cubs to starve to death.
