I think this change is ridiculous. I don’t believe “hunters” should use bait to lure the bears in the first place. If you want to be a hunter, then hunt! Don’t lure the animals to you so you can relax and shoot it. I call that murder!! There’s no hunt involved. If you don’t want to do what is necessary to hunt, then maybe find a new hobby. Hunting means seeking out your prey, not sitting back and waiting for it to show up in front of you. That’s just lazy.
