When it comes to area 43B on Manitoulin island, I believe that farmers should automatically be given Anterless tags before anyone else and also registered land owners within the WMU be drawn in the Anterless group before anyone else who does not contribute to the management or up keep if the deer habitat. It's all private land and people who only show up to buddies camps for 1 week a year don't contribute to winter time making trails and cutting during harsh winters to sustain our whitetail population.
