The Government initiative in lessening the regulatory time and costs burden in the supply of housing is the best strategy for increasing the supply of housing in the Province. Every resident is entitled to have a place to call home. I agree with the Government's proposition that the higher the supply the lower the price.
I support the proposed housing policy initiatives.
