I am concerned only “hunters” are invited to participate in the proposal and comment. The moose population is a concern and relevant to all Ontarian's. I propose decreased available tags especially in regards to cows and calves. Do we take into account First Nation rights and harvesting which significantly impacts the population? Often unregulated and for profit. I would also inquire as to whether the population impacted by humans due to motor vehicle accidents is considered? We need to conserve this and all Canadian wildlife.
