I think this is a great step in the right direction. I am a fan of the point system for the draw and no more groups! I moose hunt alone and this gives me a real chance at a tag!
I was curious on how points would be calculated for past years applying. If you were unable to apply to draw for whatever reason does this mean your previous consecutive years of applying get erased?
