2019 Hunting regulations pg 58 state if a hunter is successful in receiving a surplus moose tag the hunter will remian in Pool 1. Absolutely not fair that this surplus tag would impact a hunters 'points' in the future based upon the current direction of surplus tags . Propose that hunters are made aware if they accept a surplus tag in 2020 it will only then effect their 'points'.
