This still does not address the huge decline of moose tags over the last 30 years in WMU 38 ( NER )

In 1989 there were over 2600 moose tags now there are 36
WMU 38 is a very large area , certainly MNRF can not expect to be doing any kind of moose management with 36 tags in this unit
Yes, I understand that there are a multitude of contributing factors that have caused this , but would it not be of prudent to also have a calf draw system applied to WMU 38 as well
I did not see it in the proposed changes and to that I'm shocked , surprised and immensely troubled that it is not
I can't speak for other WMU as I m not knowledgeable enough to know about them but WMU 38 , I live here , I work here ! it would be on the list of Calf draw WMU as well

Overall I like the point system proposal , it will hopefully bring some peace amongst hunters who have been asking for some sort of change for many years
