I have hunted moose in area 42 for 50 years. Nothing is going to change until you control the people that deem they don't need a tag. I have heard rumors of 5 moose killed in one night or 19 killed in a new clear cut in January. That's what upsets me the most. You keep cutting back on me as I watch the others continue on.
