There needs a way to transfer a tag obviously due to medical reasons but also occupation change. We had a circumstance where one of our members chaanged jobs in Sept. His new job did not allow holidays right away and fortunately we were able to transfer within our group. In your proposal if this is not addressed it could significantly affect the entire hunting party. I would propose in such circumstances that the new employer provide a letter stating start date and holiday structure. Perhaps also a pay stub to be included to assure they are actually employed
