I support the extension and must be implemented as soon as possible, However a period of 5 years is more reasonable for a panel to do it's work effectively. I have been working in the forest industry for over 27 years and know that it is very important in Northern Ontario and their families. Without it we would not be able to support our families and might have to uproot our families and move away form our home and city of Thunder Bay, To look for other work. This could have a very hard impact on all of us to do that.
So in closing I hope you can listen to all of the people that work in the forest industry and help them keep working in the place that they live and love to stay. So please take into effect that we all sign this in hoping that we can continue to keep working for a very long time.
