Absolutely great idea many municipalities have a hard time complying with or enforcing the right building code information. Specifically ADU's there needs to be a province wide application process for ADU's.
Also all new construction should have at least one mandatory Egress window in basements complying with the code. Many home owners finish their basements with out permits.
Release material on 1/2" existing gypsum FRR stating it complies with a minimum 15min rating, too many municipalities are not enforcing Part 11 properly and the compliance alternatives.
