Dear SIr: There should be a ban on the land application of all waste materials that are contaminated with industrial pollutants such as inks, heavy metals, etc. Given this provice's poor record with regulating haulers and waste operations, we need improved legislation to protect our shrinking agricultural and forest lands. I strongly opposed to the proposal to eliminate certificates for the hauling and land aplication of sewage sludge and paper mill/recycling sludge.
