1.2.2 and 2.6.5 The new language to engage and coordinate with Indigenous communities is good and reflects well on the Treaty relationships that should be maintained between First Nations and governments.
The new wording archaeological potential is also a good step, in line with provisions that flow from the Heritage Act.
