I agree with the amendment to eliminate the requirement for golf courses to advertise and hold public meetings annually. Since the inception of the IPM program for golf courses, we have had 1 phone call regarding the public meeting and another year we had 1 person show up. What made this process even more costly, was the elimination of most of our local papers; thus making us use the City papers with advertising costs starting at over $600 for that size of ad.
