I just wanted to comment on not having the Public Hearing. My Clubs spends its money on mail outs for the hearing and no one shows up. My Club hires a spokesman that would have all the right answers if someone showed up. My Club isn't able to rent out our dining room that night relating to a loss.
Between the costs and losses we are at $3-4000 for something that no one shows up to.
