I support the elimination of the requirement for golf courses to hold annual public meetings. In my experience these meetings are not or very poorly attended. All information that is presented at the meetings is available online to interested parties. As a golf course superintendent I have prepared for and hosted these meetings for 8 years. In that time only 6 members of the public have attended. In fact, in 7 of 8 years no members of the public have attended.

The annual public meeting is frivolous, unnecessary and costs our business money.
