I am thrilled you are extending the moratorium!
Not only do I believe that taking "free" groundwater and profiting from it is wrong, I also believe we need to stop the unnecessary plastic waste that the bottles create.
Moving toward a more caring and respect-based attitude toward the earth and its resources will go a long way towards helping to tailor thoughts to mitigate climate change, which is a huge threat to all life on earth.
Thank you for your vision and leadership. It is so needed.
