As Rondeau cottage owners for 40 years, we very much support the continuation of cottage leaseholds in Rondeau Provincial Park. If a 3 year extension is required to arrive at a solution, then we should go ahead.
Rondeau has been a life-changer for our family and many others, and our sons are continuing the tradition with their families. We believe that a permanent solution should be the objective, as Rondeau leaseholders have been excellent stewards of the park and its environment, and would continue to maintain and improve the park for both humans and nature.
