Why is this necessary except to placate the corporations who are peddling the pesticides? Many studies have shown the extreme negative impacts of neonics etc on our pollinators.
Enough is enough!! If you were to do anything, it would be to strengthen pesticide bans, and restrict use further!
Sorry this is nothing more than pandering to the big corporations again and ignoring the health of our environment.
