We have owned a cottage…

We have owned a cottage inside Rondeau Park since 1987. We purchased the cottage based on the provincial conservatives’ attempt to extend the leased for 99 years. Here we are 32 years later and still waiting. I feel that the ministry has changed their view of lease extensions more favourably and am encouraged that they are working with our association to come to a more permanent resolution. A 3 year extension hopefully will bring about a compatible solution.
