Nestle is taking only $2.25 for a MILLION litres. How???? Look at the average person's waterbill and you let Nestle take $2.25 for a Million Litres!!!
Charge them double consumer rates as they are doing it as a profit. Or better yet - banned bottled water. It is just a scam. Bring back a network of free Water Fountains. Water is a human right. Make Nestle retroactively pay and give water for free to everyone else
