Communities *must* have access to water at all times, long before the business requirements of water bottling interests. There is absolutely no need for very much bottled water in municipalities served by water systems, education must be used to show that municipal water is actually preferable to bottled water sitting on shelves collecting leached chemicals from their container.

There is no need to v fund the profits of large bottling Enterprises, and I do not wish. To subsidise the cost of their raw materials.
