We need to protect our water resources much more efficiently and effectively. Allowing corporations to take nearly unlimited amounts of water basically fkr free is just unfair.
Our well went dry in 2016 for the first time in over 40 years. Climate change is real. We need to be proactive on these sorts of generational issues.
At the very least charge fair market value for the water.
