As a turf manager in the golf industry, I strongly believe that the IPM public meetings that are held annually are not worth the time spent in preparing to host them. I have been a part of 11 annual meetings to date, and on any given year there has not been more than 3 attendees at any particular meeting. As turf managers we are passionate about environmental stewardship and sustainability and we take every precaution to preserve and conserve. Our annual report is available online and to anyone that comes onto the property and requests to see it. Therefore these meetings are not necessary to get our message across the those people that are interested to see it. I hope the IPM meetings are discontinued moving forward. Thank you
