Thank You for extending this. Water should be in the Puclic trust and not a commodity to sell for profit. Going forward, there should be mandatory environmental assessments to determine if water taking permits should be renewed.
Also, what is being done to deal with existing "water takers" whose permits have expired and are still taking water ?
