Maintain current cosmetic pesticide bans, and maintain OPAC . Do NOT rely on PMRA standards alone. They have far too many loopholes and problems with backlog.
Maintain current NEONIC monitoring.
Many other countries have wisely banned Neonics to protect environment and pollinators and us, we are all connected.
