I support the extension of the moratorium on pumping and bottling water in Ontario. I am a resident of Flamborough, Ontario and I am worried about the impacts on our specific type of aquafer. I also believe that Ontario needs time to re-think who controls, and is allowed access to, Ontario's most valuable and irreplaceable resource. With the rise of cities and towns in Ontario becoming "blue cities" and revamping their standards on water use, the extension of the moratorium would give us some time to have proper discussion about this before a decision is made.
