Overall, I am very pleased with the many initiatives the government is developing. The document is also a bit of a high level document and it is hard to find something to disagree with. I have a few small comments.
A cycling culture as the province likes to see it starts with encouraging cycling around the house. and then paste all over the news that the local town now has cycling infrastructure. I also read somewhere in the document that the MTO can build cycling infrastructure “when possible”. This is a loophole that allows engineers and politicians to declare that “in this particular place, it is not possible”. In my opinion, it is always possible, but it is a matter of how much value you put on a human life.
