It appears that the focus is on Part XV.1 and Brownfield redevelopment. While there appears to be some consideration to Part X Spills of the Act, there also appears to be a need for more consideration on how the new Regulation will impact the remediation of Spills, which involve different considerations than Brownfield site redevelopment.
