I support the three-year lease extension as described in ERO Policy Proposal 019-0907, which should be granted automatically to all leaseholders. I support a permanent solution to ensure this cottage community remains in perpetuity with reasonable operating terms and on fair and reasonable financial terms to the cottage owners. I support a permanent solution being implemented as soon as possible.
