Fair is providing opportunities for a variety of interested parties. Please don't exclude the small number of us that fall into the nonresident landowners and immediately family that participate in Ontario's bear hunt. These two small groups of folks will not redistribute their monies to outfitters like stated in the proposal we will just go fishing instead. The definition of selfish is wanting all of the opportunities to yourself which is exactly what the outfitters are asking in this case. Thank you for your time.
