I believe the spring Bear hunt in Ontario should be made permanent for the proposed areas. The tourism industry would benefit greatly and it allows hunters the opportunity to hunt either in the spring or fall. Research shows that most of Ontario has a sustainable population of black bears to support the spring bear hunt.
