Full comments from the Ontario Archaeological Society (OAS) are provided in a letter sent to planning.sez@ontario.ca on January 20, 2020, which is also attached here. The primary comments include:
1. A Stage 1 archaeological assessment, at minimum, is required prior to demolition of the two buildings described.
2. Development of an Archaeological Management Plan (AMP) for the park as a whole is strongly recommended and would further support the park in fulfilling objectives for the proactive management and conservation of cultural heritage within the park.
