I do not believe that the spring black bear hunt should be reinstated or implemented. The impact it would have on future bear populations could be dangerous as there would be many orphaned cubs in the years to come due to this hunt who would in turn die without their mothers to hunt for them and teach them how to survive. Orphaned cubs could even become a potential strain on the economy because they would need to be cared for by humane organizations which are already mostly over capacity. Please see reason and understand this is not a good idea. There is a reason the spring hunt was called off in the past so let’s no go backwards in time and continue to move forward.
