I strongly oppose this proposal. Hunting (for sport) is inhumane. We should be conserving our wildlife, rather than killing it - not to mention that, inciting that sows ‘without cubs’ are fair game completely dismisses the nature of the animal - which is, that mother bears sometimes leave their cubs for periods of time, etc.
