These guide requirements for non resident landowners should only be for when hunting away from their property maybe 150km away or something like that. I personally do not approve of any change in the guide requirement for landowners. How do you think the property owners feel that live close to the provincial border? What about those whose property is adjacent to the border? I’d they step over the line they’ll instantly need a guide to continue to hunt?
