I would like the MNRF to look o to ways to stop the spread of Starry Stonewort, as it has a very negative impact on fish habitat. It's ability to rapidly spread and take over native macrophytes is of great concern. This invasive alga is a real risk to the Kawartha Lakes and it's tributaries ecosystems.
