As a Toronto resident interested in our community and in maintaining the quality of life in our area, and being aware of the potential impact that new developments have on our community, I am concerned that the current proposal will remove or reduce current funding requirements for community benefits, reduce public parkland requirements, and allow funds to be diverted away from our community.
