Thank you for the opportunity to provide input on this proposal. The General Membership of the Grand River Conservation Authority passed the following Resolution on April 24, 2020, related to the Proposal to Amend O.Reg. 244/97 and the Aggregate Resources of Ontario Provincial Standards under the Aggregate Resources Act:

THAT Report GM-04-20-25 – Proposals to amend O.Reg.244/97 and the Aggregate Resources of Ontario Provincial Standards under the Aggregate Resources Act (EBR 019-1303) – be received as information;

AND THAT this report be forwarded to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry through Environmental Registry Number 019-1303.

GRCA’s Board Report GM-04-20-25 and summary table is attached in response to the proposed amendments outlined in EBR 019-1303. We welcome the opportunity to be involved in any future discussions or working groups involved in implementing the proposed changes moving forward.
